  I have had to call on the team at the El Segundo location numerous time and each time I presented the team with a difficult situation that I required help with the team has come through for me!! Special thanks to Erick Cano who has went above and beyond to help me with several situations. What I thought going in would be complex and difficult Erick and his team made short work of it. They followed up and stayed in contact with me while providing updates throughout the process. They should be commended and run an excellent branch which offers a great experience.   Worst teller service anywhere. Only one teller explaining used car loan terms. Waited forever, but finally gave up to go back to work.
