  Great customer service! Everyone at Xceed is very friendly and always willing to help. You don't ever get the feeling like you are in a huge financial institution. Their "security" measures are unbelievable with regard to your credit / debit cards, always proactively watching for fraudulent transactions.

  I work at a car dealership in Texas and our mutual customer was still using Exceed for the last 35 years. He was raving about this credit union and especially Jason Pereira, his loan officer. Wow what a fantastic man to deal with. He made things simple and easy not only for me but also for his customer. A pleasure to work with. Wow what a difference. Use Jason and Exceed for all of your banking and credit union needs!!

  If it was possible to rate my experience with 10 stars, I would! Johnetta Magee and Xceed have been extremely helpful and have gone out of their way to assist and communicate.   The associates are very friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions and took time to break things down if I needed before going forward with my main inquiry. I been banking there for years because of thier incentives and great customer service. I would highly recommend this bank to anyone. Thanks so much Patricia!

  I recently applied for loan from Xceed credit union. I was assigned to Saul Ramos to help me with the process. I was very confused of which type of loan will be best for me , thankfully Saul help me figure it out. Saul made it quick and hassle free.   Call Menlo Park site and ask for Sandra Castillo! Couldn't put her customer service and efforts into words! She kept me updated and provided required documents to MY convenience per credit card related issues. Thanks again Sandra! Truly thee BEST!
