  My husband and I tried to buy a home in December. 5 days before closing we were told we weren’t eligible. This devastated us, then the house we had been renting for 10 yrs, was sold w/o notice. The new owner came in and said we had 2 weeks to get out. This is when we made an appointment with Kim. Kim and Courtney worked their tails off making sure we found a home, and we were able to actually buy our home. Anytime I would get all upset and start stressing about not being able to actually close on a house, Courtney would tell me to come to her office. She would explain everything so I understood what was going on, she helped me get the documents that they needed. It was so comforting having this company on our side, fighting for us!
