  Tried contacting them about an office space but could not get ahold of anyone. I called the office and was told that none of the three agents that were on the listing were in right now. She transferred me to one of their cells and I didn't get an answer. I called all three of them directly and left a voicemail but no answer. Avoid them if you can! You will only be frustrated with the way they do business!!

  The Kidder Matthews representative I contacted today sounded very inexperienced and refused to plan a property showing without an offer. Next, he made representations as to what the owner of a property would not do with respect to suspected safety hazards at the apartment property listed in Fircrest. Further, he projected a lack of respect in tone and by intentionally being disinterested in forming a business relationship on behalf Kidder Matthews client. If your system allowed us to post without one star we would have. :o)

  We apologize for your experience. Typically with a multifamily property, we have tenants that are unaware that the property is for sale, or they know it is for sale, and we are very careful not to disrupt them. We typically require an offer and supporting financial documentation to qualify the buyer before we tour people through an occupied unit. In this instance, we represent the ownership, so if they request this, then we need to abide by such requests. You are always more than welcome to make an offer, and we will present that offer to the owner immediately. It is then up to the owner to respond as they see fit. We understand the frustration this may cause.

  i contacted them about day care located in downtown tacoma, they acted very rude and condescending towards me. i called and left a voicemail too a women named beverly and explained i no longer wanted to view the property because they were not a good landowner to the previous leasers. And she called back with a very rude. Im so thankful that the previous leasers left a note on the door of the building warning potential leasers of the lady that actually on the building. Apparently the people who had leased the building before it was vacated owned a daycare and she passed away, but for some reason Beverly wouldn't give them the items left inside of the daycare and decided to keep them and auction them off. She also threatened me with legal auction. I will never be easing through kidder matthews. i can't believe they wold recommend such trash.

  Every time I have called, I have gotten quick and friendly responses. Any issues have been resolved in a timely manner.

  Called them numerous times, never received a call back. Not a good sign.
