      I find it very suspicious that I an not allowed to update my review. When I have happily updated a negative review for other companies in the past that recovered their customer service with excellent service. And only 5 star reviews are posted so every single person who reviewed you just happened to give you 5 stars huh? And all months ago yet my new review is hidden at the bottom. How much are you forking out to Google for that perc? Your response to my email is the same you post to Google and it took my review to get that email response from you and not your assistant. I see you're trying to save face here but this was more of a defense to my review than a recovery of your customer service. You clearly don't need my business since you're so busy providing top level service to everyone else. I just find it very unfair that you're authorized to work with the homes for heroes program. How many people like me are you blowing off? 🤔 Just wanted to let others know that if you're asking about these government programs you won't get the same treatment from this company as their traditional clients. I feel like that should disqualify you're company from working with these programs. But that's just my opinion.. I'll be sure to let the homes for heroes referral people know that I'd like a referral to someone else. I'm sure there are others that don't mind being blown off but it's not me and multiple other agents reached out to me last week and I wasted my time by working with you instead. If I wasted your time I am sure you wouldn't appreciate that either. Or better yet- if I worked with your PCP and decided to take days to respond and then didn't when I said I would I wonder how you'd take that? You would complain to my boss and consider me unprofessional. I guess in the industry you work in customer service is only important if the commission is high enough. Have a nice day.

      Gave them all our information to see if we qualify for Homes for Heroes and days later I haven't heard a peep but I've turned down multiple other mortgage specialists thinking I was working with these guys. Don't feel safe knowing a company has all our information and doesn't communicate at all! This company has permanently lost my business. Whether I qualify right now or not a lack of communication is a kiss of death. When I do qualify (I am not even sure because they don't communicate) I'll be working with a different company. One that knows what customer service is.

From what I can see from our emails my team was in contact with you all last week, including myself discussing some missing information from you. Here is the communication that I see that we had: • We have emails that started from you on 2/15 for an inquiry at 8:17 PM, I responded that next day at 6:08PM • Communication via email on 2/16 at 7:42pm, which I responded to at 7:50pm. • Communication via email on 2/17 at 9:57am, and then again at 10:07am which my team responded to you at 12:11pm as I was out of the office that day until later that evening for appointments and a dinner event. At 3:37pm that day you had inquired about us doing a full credit check for your pre-approval and that you did not want us to pull credit, my team once again responded at 3:46pm to verify that they did not, and that I would reach back out to you on Friday to discuss your options for pulling credit and what would be further needed for us to do a pre-approval for you to purchase in the future per your email. I do apologize, that I did not reach back out to you on Friday, as was discussed, I simply did not have it down in my calendar and didn’t realize it until yesterday as I was going through our emails from the weekend, and holiday on Monday. We work very hard to maintain excellent communication with our clients as you will see in the numerous positive reviews we have on Google. I am sorry that we did not meet your expectations, and I do wish you the very best with your goals of homeownership. Thank you so very much for the opportunity. Take care, Julie

      When I was shopping for my re-fi, others didn’t respond to phone calls and emails—were they too busy in this time of unprecedented low interest rates? Who knows, but when I read the reviews for Julie Swenson and her team, one word stood out—AMAZING! Julie is busy too, but she is organized and knows how to prioritize and accomplish the mission. I didn’t have a jumbo-size loan, but that didn’t seem to matter. She treated me well through the entire process—not like “just another customer”. In these crazy times of the pandemic, Julie gets the job done, no matter what the obstacles. She is knowledgeable, communicates well, and answers questions in terms that we can understand.
