  John helped us get into our new home in 2018. Recently we worked with John through the refinance process. He is excellent, he listens to your needs and uses his expertise to come up with a solution that is best for you. He is super flexible and always gets back to you in a timely fashion. We highly recommend working with John!

  I’m so glad I chose to go with John instead of a big box bank for a couple reasons: 1. If I had questions or concerns I was able to address them directly with John myself instead of going from person to person & 2. John was able to search for the best rate and communicate with the various people we worked with throughout our buying process which made it easier for us as the buyers and lessened confusion. I Thoroughly enjoyed working with John as our lender! As a first time homebuyer at 22, I had no idea what all goes into the process of getting a home loan, however John was very helpful in educating us, informing us of what all he would need, and getting us a very very competitive rate on our mortgage! I would recommend working with him, he is a genuine, down to earth person who really will look out for your best interest throughout the home buying process.

  John just helped me through a buy-out refinance process. I had a lot of questions and there were a few hiccups along the way, but he handled things so smoothly. He was diligent in his follow-up and follow through. He gently reminded me how/when to get things done, and explained and re-explained when I had questions. I love that to communicate with John I could call/text/email and connect with him directly, rather than calling a 1-800#, or even calling a main office number, and having to talk to someone else and explain my question/problem. The process was smooth and I so appreciate the time he spent with me! If you are looking to get a new mortgage, or refinance an existing one - CALL JOHN!

  I’m very happy I met John. I’m a veteran and he did an amazing job working with me to get the loan I needed for my first time home purchase. I created a lot of bumps on the road but John always managed to find solutions! He was quick to respond to questions, even past business hours!   John was excellent to work with. He really advocated and went to bat for me on the home financing process, up to pulling a rabbit out of the hat at the last minute to make everything go through in time for closing. Perhaps he overshot what I could afford in a home, but I also feel that perhaps that is actually a natural result of what the market had to offer at the beginning of 2021, which was an insane buying time. I’d definitely work with him again and recommend him to friends.

  Last year I took a leap of faith and started my own personal training business. Within that year I met John from Keystone Home Finance and I told him that someday I would want to own a home. I thought that because I recently took over a business, I would NEVER be able to get approved for a mortgage. John quickly showed me that with his programs I could be approved. John was SO helpful and quick to answer any questions that I had regarding my mortgage, the steps, etc. He was there to hold my hand through the whole process and I couldn't be more thankful!
