  This is the best bank in Key West, or anywhere I have ever had an account. How often do you look forward to having to go to the bank? This is the sort of place you feel funny just going by and not stopping to say hello.

  I have been with Navy Federal since the early 90s. They were, at one time, a first-rate, trustworthy and honorable organization. Now...they're just an organization. The humans can't or won't do anything to help you and the software is bargain basement so it doesn't work. Then, the humans, who can't or won't do anything to override the crappy software get indignant when you find them anything less than wonderful. It's a disgrace the Navy still allows them to use the name.
