Daja Parker1Bank with ENT across the street! I've never had so many banking fees/charges on my accounts. I originally created my accounts with Key because it was the most convenient option but I should have just driven farther. I could have saved myself more money than it would have cost to drive ANYWHERE else. I switched banks a few months ago and have yet to have any additional fees/charges show up in my new accounts, it has been wonderful!

Bin Neas1We went in to Key Bank with an amount from a home sale. WeWe said we would like the info to open an estate account. We were completely ignored while two men talked about their weekend plans while we just say there for almost 10 mins we were the only people in there. We had just finished working out and came in sweats ( we are two ladies of color) the guy looked at as like we were garbage. When he finally spoke to us he spoke down to us and he said he could not help us he said we needed a document that you don't even need to open this account we have never been treated ao blantly rude he was either racist or sextet.

I signed up for the non overdraft protection, so I was unaware that when I was paying for my games online it was overreacting my account and being charged 38.50 for each charge. What a scam I think I will go to chime now!!!!! paying for

She Devil1I have had this bank for about forty years. This counts for nothing at this branch. They are going to hold all checks for 5 days because of 1 overdraft in years. Hold will last six months. I talked to the manager. Bank policy. Really. ??I am running the other direction. Go now there are better policies. My loyalty meant nothing. I have already closed one account. I have another closing soon. Also I sent a friend who will also close. You need customers to survive.

Jay C1The teller was dishonest about when deposited funds would be available. I will be closing my account with this bank. This bank is the worse with information, and then when I called the 1800 number, I was connected to someone who didn't have the best English. Because of the teller not knowing when funds would post, in turn lying to me about it causing a nasty jam with my rent, I am choosing to close my account. Stay away from this bank if you value and work hard for your money. A root canal feels better than trying to even cash a paycheck with these guys.

J Kefauver5Been my only bank I go to. Always friendly, helpful, and just all around kind people. Sure their is the occasional back up in line (worst case I've seen is maybe 3 people ahead of me) but when people are handling money, do you really want them to rush? Recently remodeled too And always clean.

David Collins1Have had thousands of dollars in overdraft fees, due to unauthorized access to my account. Have been given the run around when I attempted to reclaim the funds lost. Time and time again I was told there was nothing they could do about it. Such garbage customer service, I've never seen in my life. Would definitely not recommend anybody use this bank.

Stephen Fabian1This is a good branch. But they claim that there always busy at the desk. When there is more empires than customers. Most of the time very rude to me. Almost like I'm an inconvenience. Rich has been the only one in that branch to help me with anything needed. He is a great person. But feel that every one else needs some customer service skills like greeting ppl with a smile and passion. Behind the desk not helpful

Cameron Cole1Steve was the worst teller I've come across at any bank. He made a simple task seem almost impossible. Edit to include what happened per keybank request: The point of reviews is not to secretly solve problems, but let others know what problems they will probably face with you. Or how well you keep potential problems at bay. Lost my wallet. Put card on hold, just in case I found it. Went to get a new card after I could not find it. Steve tried to convince me that since I put the card on hold, there was a high chance of him not being able to order a new card (most banks give you at least a temporary card on the spot) and said nobody else in the bank could order one if he couldn't. This led me to ask how I would ever access my money outside of the bank, if nobody could order a new card. He escalated that, telling me I didnt understand what he was saying. I did. He must have not being saying what he wanted to or thought he was... Anyway. Thats's all the time you get for free, keybank. long story short; simple solution made complicated.
