  Very disappointed in the way they treated me when closing my deceased mother's account. They gave me a list of creditors that she owed (2 for $638.00) that I was handling myself but none of their business. Today pennies matter

  I opened a business account. I asked for my account to be put under my tax ID number however it was not. I asked the Thomas the bank manager Thomas to help me fix this but he told the way my business is set does not matter. It is unacceptable to tell a customer any issue they are having does not matter. Also he told me he could not get my BUSINESS NAME on my BUSINESS CARD. Thanks Thomas from key Bank on West 117th by Target. What a terrible way to represent Key bank.

  The tellers have the worst attitude when it comes to problem solving. If the atm eats your money because they failed to shut it down during maintenance the teller will be completely rude. The manager will help long as you know it’s your fault for using a machine under maintenance. Go key bank.

  Key Bank manager very disrespectful yelling at me and the individuals I brought to open accounts now I receive a letter demanding I close my accounts do to filing a compliment against the manager and they refuse to give me the CEO or corporate number. TO ANYONE PLACING A REVIEW PLEASE WATCH IF YOU COMPLAIN AND THEY FIND OUT WHO YOU ARE THEY WILL DEMAND YOU TO CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNTS AND FORCE YOU TO CLOSE THEM.....

  The new manager is very dishonest! I used to enjoy being an employee here until she came along running away clients and staff! I hope they hire a more pleasant person sooner than later! The team was better without her.

  They will steal your dead relatives money and promise to get it back then have a “lack of capacity” to do so in the “relationship managers” own words! Save your loved ones, family and friends the headaches, use as other bank that isn’t going to suck you dry after you pass away. Estate account created at Huntington with NO FEES. . screw this place!

  To all Key Bank customers or future customers... The Federal Government lifted the 6 withdrawal transaction a month from savings... Key bank is still penalizing customer with a $5.00 fee per transaction this was enacted April 24,2020
