  Mike is the branch manager, very rude. I had an issue where my account was hacked and was told I could come on a Saturday to get a temporary card, he was rude and hung the phone up while I was still talking. Everytime I’ve had an issue, their staff is rude and does not follow up back on the matter. I like key bank, I hate the staff at this location! Negative stars if I could!

  If I could rate zero star I would. This location has poor customer service and lack of follow up. The personal banker informed me that he would call me after he spoke with his branch manager. This was on July 5, 2019. I followed up a week later & was told he was still waiting. Here it is August 23, 2019 and I have yet to hear from that personal banker or even the branch manager. Poor service is one of the reasons I closed my key account. Online representative helped me with my concern.

  Go elsewhere. Says no fees but there ARE fees. Unresponsive, unprofessional staff.
