      Called customer service and received no help. Called gateway branch and still no help. Then I called Woodstock branch. I received great customer service and they took care of the situation almost instantly. I talked to Patricia and I couldn’t be happier for what she did to fix the problem and she was very understanding of everything I said. I will make the Woodstock branch my new preferred location based off the help I received and the fact that Patricia gave the best customer service experience I’ve received in multiple years. Thanks again and from the way I see things, Patricia deserves a raise and then some! :)

      Horrible customer service. I was charged an annual fee that I didn't sign up for. It was very difficult to actually speak with a branch banker. Main customer service number had limits on how they could help me. Once I talked to someone at my branch, they agreed to refund me the money but said I owed them money for the overdraft which occurred because of the annual fee I didn't sign up for. I will be closing my account as soon as I can speak with a bank manager to get my money back. I now see why they were offering a bonus to open a checking account with them last fall. I do not recommend KeyBank. UPDATE: never got a call back but they refunded me my money. Update round 2:I guess they attempted to contact my but my voicemail was full. I guess a phone call is the only technology option they had (ahem).

      I worked with personal banker, Penny Gavett, and she was amazing! She was careful, explained everything we needed to know, and did a great job of helping us open accounts. After our initial meeting, she actually called me twice with really helpful information. I came away feeling like she really understood our needs and that she truly cared about us as people as well as customers. My gratitude to her is immense!

      Staff lacks clarity when a customer attempts to invest money into an account that can potentially grow assets. They neglected to explain in detail, so called "fine print" in terms of maintenance fees that would occur in the event of making a change to the account. If you decide to open a savings account with a decent interest rate here, be sure to ask them to be extra clear about the rules because they will attempt to nickel and dime you! The feeling I got from my experience, is that they only cared about the money being invested at the time (and their commissions) and not really what I needed as a new client. Beware!

      Opened a kids account for my daughter. They closed it due to "6 months of inactivity." After several months my daughter still hasn't gotten her money. Quite the learning experience, Key Bank. Not sure it's the lesson corporate had in mind.

      Interior now open (no appointment necessary). Social distancing being observed and monitored. They generously provide the Woodstock Farmers Market their parking lot every Sunday 10a-2p, thru October 31st. Including electricity and water! Wonderfully neighborly. Great customer service. Friendly, knowledgeable staff.

      I applied credit card here and did not get a response after waiting for 3 weeks. Key bank sent me a letter to identify that my credit score is 764. I called this location couple times. The first time the rep. said somehow they did not send my information correctly. After that, I called twice to check back, and the rep that helped me always busy. I don't care much if I get approved for a new credit card, but Key bank did not respond with any answer and left me hanging. Still waiting!

      Banks are like fast-food or supermarkets. They all feel the same. They all provide basic services, they all have their pro/con considerations. This location is average. Welcoming, standard lines, standard bankers. It's hard to judge it as anything other than average.

      The teller at window one was very rude and degrading. She continually told me I should go to my branch and that they did not have time to assist me. When all I wanted to do was a simple withraw and a update to my account. She had a very bad attitude and zero customer service.

      I only gave them 1 star because there is no option for 0 stars. I've got WAAAY TOO MUCH to say about this bank and one of its bankers Debra Bantrum,branch manager Susan Williams,and Branch manager at gateway Dave Deveny and there lack of ethics,breaking policy and procedure,thieving,dishonesty,manipulation,sneakiness .They are fraudulent and they stereo type people and pray on the ones that they think won't catch there scandal or on people they think can't and or won't to anything about it.lol that's where you guys went wrong with me.I don't miss a damn thing I'm quite in tuned with myself as well as my husband and anything and everything around us.the 3 people I listed above have another thing coming.one thing you should think about Debra is you never provided those disclosures for me to sign that would eliminate Me from taking you to court and protect you from a lawsuit.but even if I had (which I didnt)that's what an arbitration lawyer is for.you really shouldn't have played with fire because YOUR BURNT!I ...that's all I gta say about that!
