Jessica Mitchell1Less than one star if possible, they have canceled my debit card without notifying me, locked me out making transactions with my account, stopped me from viewing my account online. And then when trying to resolve the issue, they LIED TO ME and told me the issue was FIXED! I would NEVER recommend anyone working with or banking at KeyBank!!

Anthony Clemente1I have to agree with the previous commenter that the management is quite rude and unprofessional at this branch. I visited the branch after speaking with customer service on the phone. I had an unauthorized charge on my card, so customer service canceled my card and advised me to visit the branch for a temporary ATM card until a replacement is mailed to me. When I explained the situation to the branch manager, she said "what do you want me to do about it?" After explaining a second time, she helped me with a card. Another time, I visited to create a joint account with a family member and was told I had to wait for someone named Carol. She was extremely unpleasant the entire time. She walked up and barked "You have a question?" and when I told her what I needed, she had us go into her cubicle. When she joined us in there, I said hello and asked how her day was, and she literally just stared at me as if I was insulting her. As she asked for IDs and such, she would toss them back across the desk after she was done with them. This is the nearest branch to my house, but I have learned not to go inside unless I absolutely have to. I opened my account at Kingsdale and got great service there but no longer work nearby. So I was shocked to be treated this way at a different branch.

charles paul5The Sullivant ave branch in particular has a super friendly staff and have always went over and above for our banking needs. We Plan to stay with them for a very long time. They make the time to take the time for all their customers. 😃

John K.2Absolutely avoid this branch... you can't walk in without an appointment?! Thats ridiculous, so you go through the druv thru and you better grab a Snickers because its gonna be a while! It takes around a half an hour to get three cars complete.
Response from the ownerHi John - Starting June 1, we began to open a majority of the branches that we temporarily closed in March. These branches are opened for appointment and drive-thru access. Our number one priority within our branches is to create an environment where our clients and employees feel welcome and safe. We will launch a pilot to learn how to best reopen branch lobbies to full service, within a handful of branches across our footprint in communities that have been the least impacted by COVID-19. We are aiming to have nearly all of our branch lobbies open to full service in July with modifications. This means we will learn from our pilot in the test markets and determine what additional steps are necessary to einforce our best practice health and safety measures. We will then open another wave of branch lobbies to full service in areas that are seeing more stabilization and in states and communities that are moving forward to full reopening. Lastly, in a final wave of reopening’s, we hope to have the remainder of the branch lobbies open and running to our full-service operating model. We are targeting July to accomplish this plan – but, as everything with the COVID-19 situation, it is subject to change. ^JF

Ariel Diaz1Manager in the office is rude talks with no manners, you try to call them to fix a issue and all they do is hang up on you and tell you they can’t fix it and tell you to call customer service and when you call customer service they tell you to call the bank I don’t recommend this branch to nobody!!
