  Stopped in today a few hours ago to inquire about interest rates on various account types for a future investment. I waited in the lounge area and watched many people receive assistance, someone walked over to the "relationship executive" and received help, (basically cut in line in front of me). The so-called relationship executive made eye contact with me several times prior and did not once acknowledge me or offer assistance. Taking my business elsewhere!

  This is by far the worst bank. The manager is very rude and passive aggressive. Will not be banking here anymore

  Pretty slow lobby. Window people very nice and conversational. Easy parking. Fast service.

  Helped me to get coins converted when no one else in town would help me because I'm out of town. Very wonderful customer service here.
