Samantha McCall1The most disrespectful and unprofessional individuals working as financial advisors. Branch supervisor was completely disrespectful and very judgmental during our short conversation she was really quick to explain to me that they will no longer be assisting me with any matter because they don't have to if you're a financial advisor and I'm calling as a client asking for help and my options and you have the audacity to tell me it's not your problem and hang up on me I bank with you I store and keep my money with you how dare you try to disrespect me and my family and withhold my own money for me without an explanation I've been transferred from the online banking over the phone customer service several times this matter started August 4th 2021 when I lost my job and it's continuing now to this day I was told that the branch would be able to reverse fees on my account due to a merchant mistake after contacting the merchant well once I talk to the branch they already judged and discriminated against me looking at my account telling me that it's my fault that the government sent me a check that voided once I provided the new check with the same account number they told me that they don't have to help me they refuse services due to bias judgment and I went to file for grievance and was denied.

Al Barry1Beware: KeyBank doesnt have your back. Employees and departments lost behind red tape, bureaucracy, and incompetence. Not helpful in any way. Not transparent. They keep transferring me from dept to dept so that no one gets to be held accountable about the customer experience. Theres nothing we can do for you is the first line in the script they are taught. Edit: this is exactly the kind of review you are used to and being in denial isnt going to help. At one star review, it seems to me you like the position you've put urself in, and shouldnt be surprised. Rookies i swear.

John Demaris1There is a woman at this branch who is a “relations manager” but she has no clue what either means. She is incredibly rude to Spanish speakers. I called to place a complaint regarding her behavior and she was incredibly defensive and unprofessional; she called me “honey” and hung up on me. She was the one who made the error: 2 checks were for deposit but she only credited 1 check to the account. Her Spanish speaking client asked for it to be corrected and the “relations manager” offered no support. This behavior is appalling. All because of the customers poor English.

Rachael Ramsay1I waited patiently in line while an associate finished a conversation with another client. When I presented why I was there I was told I would have to make an appointment and they didn’t know if there was any open. Between the poor customer service and the loud music I chose to walk out and not seek to bank here.

Kailah Maple1Absolutely TERRIBLE phone service! I keep trying to pay an account off, and they continue to run me around in circles! 2 and a half hours of calling 1800 numbers and still no answers! The woman on the phone was INCREDIBLY rude. They obviously don’t know what customer service is. DO NOT BANK HERE EVEN IF THIS IS YOUR ONLY OPTION. A V O I D L I K E T H E P L A G U E

Elton Hendrix1This is the worst financial institution in the US! Nothing is as it seems from the dumpy 1970's decor and features of the store-fronts in any city. They will mismanage your money and pay you no mind while doing it. Mark my words.
