Collin McGillicuddy3Close by and usually easy enough to get cash from ATM when needed, but past month have gone there 2-3 times and cash withdrawal wasn’t even an option. Didn’t really understand that. I guess things happen but never thought an ATM would be out of cash, especially on multiple occasions.

Kashaun Williams1I work at a nearby business, so I frequently go to this location. Every time I go to this business I receive rude glances from many of the workers, and I’m not sure why. Recently, during a visit to this location, one of the workers made sure to tell me that I was in the wrong line and to move over to the other. I politely obliged, although no one else was in this line. Little did I know I’d be spending 25 minutes in line while watching several other customers enter and be taken care of. I’m not sure why I was instructed to get in a different line than everyone else, but being an African-American this did not sit well with me and left a very bitter taste in my mouth.

Sammy Koch1Had the worst experience at this location. Teller named Anna is the absolute worst. She belittled me in front of other customers and workers in the building. I truly felt uncomfortable because of her. After experiencing such horrible customer service i will never return to that Key Bank branch ever! I may even close my accounts and go to Bank of America based on that experience alone.... #AnnaNeedsBetterTraining

B D1Awful. Continuous mistakes. Have 3 accounts & always clearly write the account number on the deposit along with a deposit slip with the account number. But the girl deposits into wrong account!!! Then I have to move the money around to where it should have been. It's a lot of trouble bco their constant errors. Will be closing these accounts soon
