  Amazing customer service! I worked with personal banker Joshua to clarify information on an old account for a family member and he went above and beyond to help me confirm and find the information I need. Josh was patient, knowledgable and such a pleasure to work with. So much so I ended up opening an account with them. I would definitely recommend this bank and this location for in-person assistance. Happy to join the KeyBank family!

  Was in a bind because I needed some small bills before traveling. I Bank with the Wells Fargo across the street but they were closed (typical), so I went to the KeyBank and they were super nice and broke some bills for me. Thanks for helping me out!

  I visited this place today and was blown away. This is another imposing edifice in the church street and share same building with Starbucks. There’s wheelchair accessible entrance and can be easily seen from a vehicle in normal traffic. It’s also pretty close and a walking distance to the New Haven Green so you can quickly pop in and do your ATM if you’re visiting the Green.

  Warning!!!!! The most incompetent employees I have ever worked with in the banking world 20 years in business. I’ve never had such a terrible experience read the fine print. Open up a line of credit was promised no annual fees spoke on different occasions to several employees in the branch two different branch managers. Was promised that the fees would be waived in the account would be taken care of properly. Over three months of promises that they would take care of this issue and then it goes to collections nothing like your credit being tampered with due to incompetent employees. Disgusted will never deal with Key Bank again.

  Worst Bank I have ever dealt with. I was promised a rate and right before I was about to close escrow, they said I would have to come up with more money to keep the rate. I was given a promissory Loan Estimate at the beginning of escrow, and right before I was going to close they pulled this BAIT AND SWITCH! This should be illegal...if its not.

  Tomorrow makes 2 weeks waiting on a mortgage payoff. Let there be a bill due and you bet you would hear from them. Want to pay off a debt owed so you can stop paying them interest and they lag 2 weeks. Horribly unacceptable.
