Carolina Cuevas1You have a disrespectful bank teller that clearly doesn’t know how to speak to women or customers. I felt uncomfortable and disrespected to the point I’m that I pulled out all my money and ready to close the account, then I called to speak to a manger Morgan or whatever and she never returned my call clearly this bank doesn’t care about its customers DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BANK. I’m closing my account ASAP and going bank to Wells Fargo. WORST BANK IVE EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH. Bank tellers are rude and uninformed on there jobs. Just horrible. I should of saw the reviews before opening a bank with keys, NEVER AGAIN

בוריס פנג1I tried to get my 2 accounts opened but the bank in general didn't want to reopen them after I sent them the 2 requirements of verification threw email and when I visited this branch, the guy who was there couldn't do anything about it, I decided to go else where since I can't open a new one since they blocked me out of the account openings. I was approved online but they marked my accounts as suspicious opening even tho I sent them the correct requirements

NICOLE SILVESTRO1The absolute worst bank I have ever done business with. If I could give them less than one star I would. The staff aside from being unfriendly and curt, are inexperienced and incompetent. I will be moving all of my business accounts elsewhere because it pains me to deal with them.

Freddie C1Pulled up to the drive up window and it was unattended. Waited for a few minutes then rang the bell, the teller swiveled her chair around, gave me attitude then swiveled back to help the client. It’s one thing to be understaffed and to tell someone to wait polite because of it and another thing to give attitude. It’s not the waiting’s, it’s the attitude that lead me to leave this review.
