  My fiance sold my old engagement ring the check was decline when i deposited went back to the store. To see if icould get some help The guy was so rude to my fiance very unhelpful told him i ran off with the money like are you serious how disrespecrful can you be never again will i go to them. Horrible experience i dont recommend.

  When your fiancé came into the store he told us the check was declined because the bank suspected that you acquired one of my business checks fraudulently because of the amount. We asked what branch of Bank of America you went to because we where willing to call them and figure out the issue.. He did not know. We asked him if he could find out? He left and never came back. After he left I went to the Bank of America branch next door to my business and they have no record of a check being denied/confiscated for suspected fraud. Also if the bank were to confiscate a check for suspected fraud, I would have received a phone call or text from Bank of America either to authorize the check or to have them decline it. I received neither. If you would like to come back in so we can figure this out, I would be more than happy to work with you.

  Omg this Is the absolute best pawn shop peddler go to people that I can ever think of I went in there needing nowhere near what Walked going out with when I say I was in the hundreds I walked out with thousands and that is with an S on the end absolute absolute best they get more than a 10 star from me. My new Fav🥰🥰

  Worked with the owner looking at a couple of rings for my daughter. Their selection was surprisingly varied. Low pressure environment. Will definitely go back in the future.

  I've been both a buyer and seller at Yankee Peddler and found the guys to be extremely fair. Regarding buying, I found an etched antique silver lighter case there, and it made an excellent milestone birthday present for a dear friend. Regarding selling, when I was in there once selling old jewelry I heard a guy come in and say that he had gone to another place but was back to sell his gold to them because they had made the most generous offer on his lot--I pushed my items across the counter without hesitation. P.S. It's also a great place to find cheap DVDs.

  This family owned pawn shop is by far top in their game! They are very professional, have an array of items to offer, and are very honest when doing business! Whether you're looking to pawn pieces, get a great deal, or need a loan… This is the place you should go!!! Happy Holidays 🎄

  I went here to rent a uhaul and had a great experience. The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially Peter who helped me out directly. The shop looked like they had some good stuff too but I didn't shop around much. Definitely recommended!

  I've been here few times and they were very reasonable each time. Got a pretty good deal on a gold peace right before Christmas last year. So it helped alot.

  this was my first time in a paw shop and my experience couldn’t be better. They are very nice and helpful. If I need money again I will be back for sure.

  I believe the people who wrote these reviews are friends of the family. I was robbed by this place. I wouldnt recommend. The big head skinny caucasian guy. He was rude, impatient and not at welcoming..He couldnt even look me in my eyes while bargaining because he knew he was ripping me off. I even gave him a hand shake and still he did not once make eye contact. I cant blame him totally, I could have said no.. however according to the situation at hand in which i discussed with him.. I needed the money and he tool advantage. I didnt get the honest these other reviews talk about. He kept looking in my direction to see if I was looking at his monitor while he researched the items.. Bad business you guy.I brought in at the least $1700 worth of merchandise all together in which they will sell and make at least $1,100 and the best he could do was one $180. Rip off. Enter at your own risk.

  Unfortunately in this business we can not make everyone happy. The tools that he brought in did not have a $1700 value. We listed the tools for sale with an asking price below $600 and then one of the newer items ended up being broken. When tools and/yard equipment get to be a few years old, their value depreciates tremendously. He did not have to sell the items to us, there is another pawn shop less than a mile away. It is clear from this clients comments that he has a racist chip on his shoulder and Google never should have printed his insulting and demeaning comments about one of our employees.

  Have bought countless wrist watches from this place over the years, the staff is super knowledgeable and honest and as a watch collector I can attest that they are more interested in selling authentic articles at reasonable prices.
