Brandia5After the other reviews I was kind of scared to go to this branch but I have to say the tellers were wonderful, and the branch manager was very vigilant about keeping people socially distant even though one of the customers was bound and determined to get in everyone's space, she'd just usher him back where he was supposed to be without being rude. I had a complex transaction (or so I thought) and the teller had me out of there in about 5 minutes. So yeah, I'd recommend this branch just as much as my downtown Auburn branch.

Stacy Levchuk1If you want to withdraw more than 500 from your account, drive over to lakewood. These people here are rude and will ignore you if you have any issues. They will think you are trying to steal money... from your own account and demand you provide additional information that they already have. Also they come up with false amounts that you can and can't withdraw from your account. Overall if you can avoid the tellers, my recommendation is to do so.

Francine Miller1I usually don't write reviews because I like to give people the benefit of a doubt. I think we're all human with bad days. With that said I've had the most horrific, hands down the worst banking experience in my life at this branch of KeyBank. A little background on me. I'm a reserved and kind woman/entrepreneur in my mid 30s. Im retiring out of the military after 15 years of service to my country. I noticed numerous errors in the banks favor on both of my Key Bank accounts so I decided to talk to someone in person. After waiting for about 20 minutes I had the displeasure of meeting Alex, the most rude and openly racist people I've ever encountered. I'm of mixed race, but look completely white. I thought people were nicer after their lunch break but I was wrong. I'd bet my savings that she was on some hard drugs, pills and alcohol. I could smell a very strong odor of liquor and was bathed in some floral concoction posing as perfume. Long story short, I had noticed some banking errors and overcharges on my personal and business accounts. Instead of correcting said errors, she got extremely defensive and started freaking out. She became very angry and stated that she "had access to all of my personal information and one should not mess with her". Wow, so much professionalism. I then asked to speak to her manager and waited for over a half an hour while Alex giggled and laughed like a hyena on speed. The manager (I forgot her name due to being in shock) that came to talk to me was just as incompetent, unprofessional, drugged up or drunk as Alex and offered no correction of the banking errors. Perhaps the two are drinking and druggie buddies, lovers, family members or BFFs. I was in total shock and thought I was being filmed for some sort of Punked episode. No Ashton Kutcher, errors corrected or apology. So I closed my accounts and took my business where they treated me professionally. PLEASE DON'T BANK HERE!!!!! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! The worst banking experience I've ever had.
