      Wanted to leave a review for Mila. She is absolutely amazing at her job! I’ve been to 4 banks in the area trying to cash a certain type of check as I have a bank That has no locations near here. She solved the problem in under 10 mins at a super fast pace! Amazing worker!!!

      Went in 2 weeks ago to open a account and they put a hold on my account to verify my identity but didn't inform me causing late fees on several bills. I came in 3 times to give them the information but they still wouldnt let me use my account. After they finally verifyed my information they started asking for my wife's. Some new policy were they need your info 3 times after you already gave it to them. Idk what kind of bank let's you open a account then not use it. They should have better communication with their customers about what they need to open a new account your first visit Not 2 weeks 3 visits and 90 dollars in late fees later.

      I am very happy banking at this US Bank location. Over the last few months, since around 5-2018 when I have had a few different needs related to getting my mortgage down payment sent to the mortgage company and issues with a dispute of a fee that I had been charged, Jason the manager had been very helpful. He communicated in a way that I understood and he was very professional. He answered my questions and made sure that I was clear on things that I didn't know to ask. Several years ago, I had multiple negative experiences with the manager. When I heard him treating another customer condescendingly, I stopped coming to this branch. Then I was in a rush and couldn't make it to a further bank in May. What a pleasant surprise!

      I understand if the branch was busy that maybe I need to fill out deposit slip and that is the protocol. At any other branch ive been to, they are more then willing to take my deposits without a deposit slip and are nice enough to the point that when they see me filling one out they just tell me to come up and they can just pull me up by my debit card and fill it out for me. Mila at this particular branch was not only rude about it, I felt as if she was annoyed about me making my transactions.

      WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE BY FAR.Mila was very rude. If i could submit a zero star I would. Banking fees are absolutely ridiculous. I have a credit card with this company and they won’t allow me to cash a check because I don’t have an “actual” account— might I add the check is a US Bank check. I will stick with USAA. At least they know the value of their customers ! Ooh, may I not forget the ridiculous lines. You wait in the drive through for 45 minutes no matter how many are ahead of you. I’m so appalled that they still have customers. Bank with anyone in the planet over this company.

      US Bank, is the WORSE BANK ever!!! They practice in bait and switch. So much miscommunication, lies, and horrible customer service and doesn’t appreciate your business. This situation is ridiculous from US bank. I’ve still not received no mail, email, or calls from them...Negative 5 star rating but had to select a star review b/c it would not allow me to post without selecting a star.......RESPONSE: Thanks for the offer, but i will not call the customer care rep. I've reached-three times, and have yet to hear from your establishment! I did however, contact the BBB, hopefully my issuess will be resolved via them or the Attorney General, regarding Ms. Rachelle L. Majors

      Don't even... The US Bank team here is just a joke. I had to literally come to this location to close my account 5 times. These people have no respect for others time. They told me they closed my account but no.. I had 0 balance and monthly waver fee would make my account negative resulting in so many overdraft charges.

      I’ve never had a bad experience here. This is where I opened up my first bank account in 2013 and I’ve been happy with the company and service I get at this location. Everyone is friendly and smiling. Maybe I’ve only gone on days where everyone is in a good mood lol I feel bad for those who have had such bad experiences here, but for me it’s been golden!

      Every time I go there they treat me very strangely as if I’m a criminal or something it’s very puzzling. I even went in an opened a bank account in my work uniform (im a city bus driver in Seattle) and the Asian lady who “helped” me was extremely awkward and obviously didn’t trust me for some reason. Even when I asked for “blank checks” to set up direct deposit she gave me the craziest look of suspicion. One of the tellers also asked me where I worked and gave me a suspicious look, i don’t know what the hell goes on in banks but this by far is the shittiest bank I’ve ever been to or have done business with.
