  I am not an account holder and needed to get change for a larger bill to send out in graduation cards this week, and my bank's lobby was closed. I tried Heartland Bank across the street and they wouldn't help, but KeyBank did and provided the help (and change) I needed. Thank you so much! Made my day!

  Worst bank ever. Do yourself a favor and DONT bank here. Lied to me when I opened my account. Continue to lie. EDIT RESPONSE: I’m closing my account TODAY. Customer service sealed the deal. If you wanted to correct this you have my name. Look me up.

  Had a huge problem with the bank today. Spoke to the 800 number got no help. Stopped in to see Sara she is an amazing banker; who cares about the customers.

  They dont know how to do there jobs. They also have give incorrect information about your accounts witch can lead to more issues.

  Stay away from them been with them for a long time and because first they tell me my a pending transition caused a overdraft then they say it was a .29 cents short in my account. So the guy I talked to in the at the branch charged me $33. and if they had never charged the $33 dollars I would have not been .29 cents short in the first place instead they kept giving different reasons all 3 people I talked had different story's.
