Anthony Sterlace5Gabriel has been great in all of my dealings at this location. I cannot say enough good things about the professionalism and attentiveness he continues to put forth with every interaction. He helped me with a home equity line, as well as pointed me in the right direction, during the Pandemic, when I most needed it. I feel lucky to have someone like Gabriel working with me for my banking needs.

First Look Photography5Dominick opened up a savings account for us today, and was super helpful throughout the whole process while being very personable and friendly. We thought the bank was open until 5, and showed up around 3:45, but the tellers and Dominick were more than happy to help us and weren’t rushing us or anything even though they close at 4. We offered to leave and come back tomorrow, but they were insistent that they could help. The entire experience was enjoyable and didn’t feel like a chore...Alyssa talked to us quickly as well and was also super nice. Overall, everyone was really nice and Dominick was a cool dude. Happy we opened an account here!

Carlos Naffziger-Brown5My latest experience with this Branch in particular was PHENOMENAL. I called this Branch and was transferred to Brian Zak who was going to assist me with the auto loan application process and I can only say WONDERFUL things about him and the experience. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful while helping me process the application. I had called earlier today to ask if I could stop by and try to complete the application process after work but I had just gotten out at around 3:30pm and trying to make it there before they closed at 4pm was a bit of a time crunch to say the least. I walked into the branch at 3:50pm but Brian DID NOT RUSH ME OUT THE DOOR and never acted annoyed that I had come in and asked him to help me with this process knowing that the Branch closed in ten minutes. He ended up completing the application for me around 4:22pm and had made me feel confident about the application and went out of his way to make me feel like I wasn't a burden because I came in 10 minutes before the branch closed! I've dealt with a couple different branches but NEVER have I had such a courteous agent. Happy to give then my business!!!

Samantha Orchard1horrable customer service...they make an error on there end and i have to pay for it. I guess thats why they are called FEE Bank because they mess up, charge the customer overdraft charges then wont reimburse you. Will never ever do business or work for that horrable company again

P C1Their ATM STOLE MY CASH DEPOSIT !!! I’m -$270.00. Long story short, don’t deposit anything into their ATMS!!!
