Raihana1Absolutely disgusted at their lack of customer service. Out of all of my years of banking, this bank has by far surpassed any other in terms of issues I’ve had with them. Not only are their tellers very rude and appear as if they do not want to help you, their management is also flawed. Opening an account with Key Bank has been one of my worst financial moves and I wish that I had done more research prior to opening an account here. Leatrice in particular was not delightful at all to deal with. I will definitely be closing my account soon and switching to Webster. Please take my warning to invest your money, time, and business elsewhere. 0/5 stars. Awful. Awful. Awful.

LASHINKA Damon1I made an appointment online to open a joint checking account. I received a confirmation call from Leatrice to confirm that I was coming. She sounded very nice on the phone. Today we go in to open our account she definitely was not welcoming. She asked "what kind of checking account do you want to open" I asked her did she have a pamphlet with a list of the types of checking accounts the branch had. She acted as if she was disinterested and I literally had to goggle in front of her a list of the offered Keybank accounts. Then she says "have you ever defaulted at another bank?" Because of her unwelcoming attitude, I replied "our early warning is clear but that should show once you input our information." Although we opened up our joint account I definitely WOULD NOT recommend her providing customer service. I get it everyone has off days but no customer should feel as if they're a bother. I hope that other branches do not act like this because I will gladly do business elsewhere.

Nigeria Jackson1Terrible, how does it have a 2.9? That should be a 1.0. I’ve heard they’re customer service is bad and on top of that, they close at 4 P.M. on Wednesdays? So early for what? I think at most they should close at, is at 6, by far the most terrible bank :(

Dan Grodzicki1Very rude and unprofessional. I tried to cash a bond here and was told they don't cash the kind I have. I explained that I cashed this type at key bank branches before. " No you didn't" was there response. I cahed that same bond 30 minutes later at a different branch with zero issue.
