cha cha1applied for a refinance with them in july. they told us we were approved after I sent in all my docs... in December they told us they were just waiting for the appraisal to go through still after I called and called to verify. In January they told us they couldn't do it because we didn't qualify. so we waited 5 months for nothing. really bad process and huge waste of time after I submitted over 30 documents to them in the beginning to make sure we qualified.
