      I have been with Bellbrook key bank since I was 16 years old never had any issues until now. Every since Steve left the branch the new manager and the team is very rude and now all of a sudden they are taking out fees every time I transfer money to my saving and remind u they took over $100 in fees of my money for no reason! Yes I just noticed but this is not ok! I will be looking for a new bank with better customer service. I do not recommend this bank at all and I hope for everyone else sake they get a new team of people with better customer service.

      I have been banking at KeyBank for several years and have received nothing but excellent, courteous, attentive service. I have had no experiences which would support the negative, one star ratings of several of the reviewers. Do not hesitate to visit, do business at this branch - the folks there are committed to serving you, helping you find answers to your issues..

      Lazy customer service! As a business owner I have dealt with a lot of banks so trust me when I say not to do business with this one. The branch manager there is the problem.
