Called just to ask a question and was put on hold for 20 damn minutes. I walked to the bank in the time it took, walked in, walked straight up to the counter (there was no line), hung up my phone then redialed the number to make sure it was the same bank and the phone started ringing. I then walked out of the bank. Just moved here and am looking for a new bank. Definitely won't be yours.
