  "Hassle Free Checking"- " No over draft fees" No fees when over draft- what they don't tell you is that if you do overdraft, they hold your checks- so you still get punished regardless- my daughter accidentally over drafted 7.35$ back in sept- today is January 20- I deposited my 706.00$ check on Saturday the 15th- and will NOT get the funds til the 25th- asked for partial monies- nope that's your punishment for over drafting 7.35$. I have bills coming out- " well lucky for you there's no over draft fee" No they'll just take the next check and hold again for weeks at a time! Never have had a problem til now! And rude- talked about my account Infront of another customer- talk about privacy?! Professionalism?! My mind is so blown how I was treated! Apparently our business relationship isn't as important to them!

  It's what you would expect from KeyBank I've never had any problems and I've even had the tellers go out of their way to explain and make sure I understood completely any problem I ever had not like some of your other corporate chain banks almost like that small time vibe

  I had several issues at this branch. We have multiple accounts with Key and on a recent visit a teller deposited funds into the wrong account of ours. This is a bookkeeping nightmare for us. However we realize that no one is perfect so I was willing to let the matter rest. I requested a prompt call from manager to see how best to fix the problem. He did not return my call in the time frame I requested. I don't know about you but if we make a mistake in our business we fix it right away. We also contact our customer to ensure that their needs are met. There was also another issue where the manager was unresponsive. Consequently I do not recommend doing business with this Key Bank branch.

  Every teller at this bank is GREAT!!! I love the women there BUT key bank rules itself is not good. Months ago I opened a memeber ship with Planet Fitness an I told them to stop withdrawing out my account because I can no longer return to the gym right now. They said okay but continued to withdraw money out my account well I called Key Bank to see if there were anyway they can stop them they said no but I know for a fact Huntington Bank can stop withdraws but you have to tell the company first an if they don't Huntington will block them from withdrawing out your account but Key Bank says they can't do anything. I been with Key for a while but that just made them lose my business I'm closing all accounts (2) that I have an I'm now ith dollar bank an Chase. An they both do what Huntington do 🙌🏽 this is business for Key Bank but personal for me. Again love the tellers they are AMAZING ladies. Going to miss seeing an chatting with them after tomorrow.

  Stay away from this KeyBank branch. It's absolutely the worst. Very unprofessional. The branch manager needs to find a new profession. Not very customer friendly at all. I tried to buy dollar coins from this branch but they did not have them in stock so I asked if they could be ordered but they told me it was not worth their time and they did not have room in their vault for coins. So basically I was told I was not worth ordering these coins even though I wanted them. . So from now on that will be the branch that I go to. The Great Northern branch is dead to me.

  Great bank. I do lots of business with Keybank. Everyone is friendly, hours are good and Keybank in North Olmsted is easy to do business with. I am a woman business owner. Key Bank has partnered with me for 33 years. Highly recommend.

  Representatives at this location are nothing but liars. They get you to sign up with them for services and then lie to you about how you can and cannot make payments for things. They are trying to charge an extra 8 dollars to pay a bill. When you contact the representative they push it off on someone else to make it someone else's fault. I bought a house using their KeyCommunity program and have had nothing but issues with this lender. It takes days for them to respond to simple questions and they answer with false information. I would never recommend Key Bank for anything, not even a bank account. This bank is a rip off.

  Most of the time I have a great experience. Obviously, not each teller will be as friendly as another. Monica & Joann are personable & friendly.

  Waited at the line 30 minutes and the teller said there were 3 people ahead of us. I am now walking in the bank where there are three tellers and a manager. Two tellers are with people and the manager and another teller are chatting. This is the first transaction I’ve ever attempted at this bank. It will be my last.
