John Bailey1Really Bad! First of all, Key Bank in general is really bad! They have closed most of their branches on Saturdays. The ones that are still open are understaffed. I needed to make a change on a checking account. I called Glastonbury because the three branches in my area are not open on Saturdays. They said come on in, it will only take a minute. I drove there and was told I need to make an appointment. Key bank is very very bad. I have several accounts with Key bank and will know be closing all of them.
