Terri Wise1I see I'm not the only one that had a bad experience at this bank. I left my wallet at home. I was almost out of gas, no problem. I'll just swing in my bank and get $20. WRONG! I has my checkbook, medical ID cards and was wearing a shirt with my name and my company name that also has an account with Key Bank. They refused to let me even take out $20 out of MY OWN account so I could get gas to get home safe. REFUSED to even look up my account or call the number on my account to see if my cell phone would ring. NEVER go here. NOT customer friendly at all!

J W1Terrible bank, terrible place to work. Closed my account said I was a risk... but won’t provide me any details. Do not bank here. Their app sucks, there mortgage process is awful with 90 day turn times. The home equity center can’t close a door. They are so unorganized.
