KeyBank Reviews

Dave Lindberg2Too few tellers and account managers for the amount of foot traffic. Simple transactions take TOO LONG. With better banking and better savings rates through pure online banking, I'm not sure how long I will stay with Key Bank. I've only had my account for a few months and am I ready to go to a new bank. P.S. Other locations, like Brockport, are just as slow.

Danielle Smith1Speaking from someone who worked in banking for many years, I do not recommend this branch. Poor communication. Application submitted incorrectly and tried to push us into a product we do not need or want. Does not provide provide correct information. Does not follow banking protcols. Absolute train wreck of an experience. Go somewhere else.
