  I have been a client of KeyBank for 6 years. I have had no grievances with them. I do, however, have some praise to give them. Shortly after signing up with KeyBank, my debit card was used by a thieving, third party. I received a warning message, seconds after the purchase was made. This was at 2:00 in the morning. I called the number that I was given and the card was immediately canceled, the charge was deleted from my account, and I received a new card within 5 days! Superb job, KeyBank! 💯

  Decent place. Not pushy. The person who set up my account, explained the legalize somewhat. Fast service. One time I did get a Canadian quarter in my quarter roll, the teller was a little disrespectful about the situation. It was the principle and not the amount that mattered. Besides that a okay place. The manager offered to get me coffee the one time, which was nice. Another time I had a different lady service me and she seemed very delightful while I had a nice conversation. So beside the quarter thing not a bad place.

  As a previous reviewer said, if I could give this branch zero stars I would. After waiting for about 20 mins to see someone, the branch manager comes out. Then once I am in his cubicle to do what I am there to do, I get treated like I am inconveniencing him. I can see why most of the “customer service” reps at this branch lacks basic affability required in their line of work as the manager’s attitude probably rubs off on them as well. To be fair, there are two individuals that are super nice here (African-American girl at the teller counter and a young Caucasian guy in relationship banking). But overall, 80% of the staff exude unpleasantness. I’ll stick to my normal Main & Jewett branch from now on despite this location being closest to my office.

  I absolutely love Connie the Relationship Manager! The girls at the counter are funny, friendly, sweet and so helpful. I have found a fantastic bank here with all of them! Thank you for a fantastic service every time!

  Don't bank with KeyBank to save the headache. Ridiculous customer service. Available balance showing on the online account is not the same as what they see on their own system they said.

  Took over FNB, now in plaza next to Payless Shoes. Seems to be Running alot smoother than the 1st couple months but still needs improvement in costomer relationship. Update: no improvement, have come to really dislike this bank. Have changed rating from 3 to 2.

  On Google maps says the bank is open til 1pm on Saturday, arrived and closed at Noon. UPDATE YOUR HOURS!!!
