  I honestly wish I could give this place less then one star. I called in and asked them to cancel two savings accounts that had no money at all and they reassured me that this wouldn't cancel my card and that if it did it would cause a big problem because everything is linked to my card. Well, two days later my card gets shut down and I had to call KeyBank and there was nothing they could do except get me a new card in 5-7 business days. So now I'm going to get my card and change banks. Key has been giving me a ton of problems recently and I've had it. Please choose another bank.

  Very very rude, this bank is horrible, thought about setting up an account, No Way, this was at the western ave branch,

  This is the ONLY financial institution I deal with. The associates here are top of the line. Helpful in every way!! From the tellers to the bank managers they are definitely 5 star!!!

  This bank is ABSOLUTELY slow!! Been with this bank for many years and all other locations are not as bad as this particular one. Wait times are outrageous and tellers are rude. Don’t waste your time going to this location because if you do that is ALL you will do .. WASTE TIME !!

  I get error making online account getting this error ((One or more field values entered are incorrect. If you continue to have problems, please contact the number shown on the back of your card for assistance. ))) everything is correct but getting this error and i am trying since many weeks can't get hold of customer service

  Armando, are you referring to www.key2benefits.com ? Benefits cards are only serviced by calling the phone number on the back of your card, 24/7. The information on file would have been provided by your State agency. If www.key.com log in issue, please call the phone number on the back of your card or stop by a local branch for assistance.
