  This credit union is awesome, they got me a loan on a 2008 truck and the interest rate was the best by far off all the other credit unions in the area. Everyone in the loan department was super transparent and easy to talk to. Thanks everyone here you guys are great!

  The best bank I have encountered in 30 years of business. The loan application process for purchasing fleet vehicles has always been seamless and courteous and honest.

  Don’t even start with these people. Unprofessional and incompetent. They have an “administrative assistant” handling crucial aspects of my mortgage, and she screws them up every year, then lies to me about it. This year I caught her in a lie, so now she won’t even respond to my messages. Jammie Bongiovanni is her name. Look out.

  Terrible institution. High rates compared to other credit unions, difficult to reach, agents unwilling to work with you on current loans. Paid off my auto loan in full just so I won’t have to keep dealing with them. Stay away.

  Not good. Don’t even know if it’s a real credit union. Customer service is always closed so you will never be able to call. Fake Bank unless the bank comments under my review.

  Asking questions about loan & interest rate. (Simple math that THEY SHOULD KNOW)! Two ladies can't figure it out. Been on hold for 30 minutes. Only took the third lady to figure it out. You work at a bank, you should know how to figure out interest rate for goodness sake!

  I am a first time customer with this bank. I called customer service for help setting up online access. The lady I spoke with was very rude and spoke with broken english. WTH??????????? Will not recommend this credit union whatsoever!!!!!

  Awful would never give me title. Took 2 months to finally recieve. I finally filed a missing title and went to secrtary of state office and got one. After that i called one more time and they said it had been mailed weeks earlier and asked them to go personally to my file and check. No not here. 3 days later recieved in mail with that postmark date. never use again.

  Great credit union. Won't kill you w/ fees like other so-called "credit unions" in the area. Keeps to the mission of credit unions.

  This place is ridiculous. Everytime I call they never answer the phone. And it puts me on an automated loop. People shouldn't have to wait 15-20mins just to talk to someone. Especially someone like me who has the same hours as this bank and I'm unable to physically go into the bank.
