  I had given one star. Frustrated by lack of tools and training staff has had regarding certain tasks. These are all good people. But I admit that I struggle with Key's overall policies. I was not constructive in my prior review. Bad form.

  I went to this branch it was very good , there is woman her name Sophie who is very nice,respectful and helpful . She is great person . Thanks so much for great service

  Worst bank ever !!! It took my husband a Month just to get a card!!!!!!

  Hello Amjad, we apologize for any delay with your husbands debit card. Typically they will arrive in 5-7 days. We offer ATM cards at our local branch that provide account access in the meantime. Hope this helps in the future. ^PG
