teona mcclain1They told me that they couldn't help me with my request. That what I was asking for, was a sercive they didn't provide, when I knew it was... I called a different Key Bank locations and was told that they do in fact offer that service. I went to the other locations and sure enough, they were able to complete my transaction with no problems... Poor customer service and poor attitudes at this location. She was getting frustrated with me because she didn't know how to perform a task that was well within her scope of support.

Gabriella Worthen1I take EVERYTHING I just said in my last review a month ago. I was charged over 200 dollars in overdraft fees when my account was positive and now they won’t refund the money back. Which is gonna cause me to get more overdraft fees(which is not my responsibility) and now they expect me to pay for them when my account was not negative. I have my receipt and time stamps to prove it and I was forcefully called a liar!! This bank is a complete joke!!!!!

Canyon Toone5There was this new old lady working there, I’ve got there ever sence I could have a bank account. I go in there 30 min ago to cash my check from work and the lady has the audacity to say that it looks like I wrote myself a check saying there wasn’t real proof that someone wrote me a check soooo stupidddd, so now it’s been sometime after and I pretty sure they fired that lady and I just wanted to say now that I’ve been treated great and I would recommend KeyBank

Gab Ruth5I do not like the Bank itself due to a couple different reasons but Micah is so great!!! He helps with anything and everything I need help with!!! He’s so Friendly and looks out for his customers!! I live about 6 miles from this bank but this is the ONLY bank I go to!!! Great service!!!!!

patricia leeds2Don't offer any options to pay you credit card payment except for going to the bank. I am handy capped and can't always get to the bank. It would be nice to have a call in line to make your payment.
