  Rude teller, usually have a great experience with every KeyBank I go to but this branch was rude and I’ll tempered.

  I've never posted a review like this before but it needs to be brought to someone's attention that this branch was closed today at 4:00 pm. Isn't it a federal offense for a bank to be closed on a working business day? There was a note on the door that said they closed early. This particular branch also opened another card in my name promising it was an upgrade from my current card. It wasn't. So now I have 2 of the same card with different accounts. They also keep calling me each month to pester me in opening another account. They are very unprofessional!!!

  The lead teller Michelle was amazing! Very professional and went above and beyond to help me, and I'm not even a full time client with Key Bank. Been back twice since at different locations and they always get it sorted.

  Very professional crew. Love the service and location is close to home. Always a warm welcome when I arrive, and now that I got to know the staff they greet me by name when at the branch.
