  We are very pleased with the personal service of the Bonney Lake Key Bank personnel. We (my husband mostly) has banked here for YEARS. We recently needed assistance going back to 2017 and Jeletta (not sure of name spelling) was amazing - beyond the call!!!! We thank ALL at Key for their customer service!!! We've never had a poor experience.

  Staff are very friendly,nice and attentive. Every experience I have at this location is amazing. The bankers have always been polite and professional.

  Dont personally bank here. But have gone for a few things and always met with friendly staff.
