  Just bought a brand new Kona on Friday for my husband. We had been looking for many many months to replace his current vehicle & made the decision to go with a brand new Kona after test driving it on Thursday night. Our salesman Kai was great! I highly recommend asking for him if you would like to check out a new Hyundai - you can't beat their warranty!

  I have been a long time Hyundai and Kia owner and can say that until my wife and daughter's experience at Milford Hyundai, I had always had great experiences with Hyundai. BUT... This week my daughter dropped her car off due to a recall. When they went to pick the car up, they were almost hit twice by a salesman named Kurt who was driving recklessly in an already crowded parking lot. What made it worse is after he second time, my wife threw her hands in the air like what the heck, and Kurt proceeded to approach here car and confront here because he did not like that she questioned his erratic driving. I reached out twice to the dealership, once to speak to a manager, and once to speak to the owner when the manager did not get back 5o me, still no response. While the service department was really nice, and did good work. I would never go back to this dealership, even though it is the closest Hyundai to me.

  Just purchased a Hyundai Santa Fe. Gabe was my sales specialist. He did a fantastic job getting me into the vehicle that I wanted. However, it was a team effort. The entire staff was pleasant and they genuinely wanted to make sure that I was happy with my vehicle selection. I want to thank everyone at Key Hyundai of Milford!!! You truly are the "Dealer for the People!!!!!"

  I had the best experience ever buying a car from start to finish I was in an out of there In under 3 hrs and not to mention the amazing staff an Mitch the salesmen who helped me he was extremely kind and knowledgeable and never forced me to buy anything unless I was satisfied with my test drive and if he didn’t know the answer to my question he would be honest an tell me he needed to ask someone. I highly recommend key Hyundai of milford they are the nicest staff I’ve ever met!!!

  I would recommend Milford Hyundai dealers to anybody! I recently leased my second Santa Fe and I’m extremely happy with my new 2021 Santa Fe. Chris was my salesman and he was very thorough and very knowledgeable. He explained everything in details so I would know how to use all the new features⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💫 Great experience!

  I was at Key Hyundai in Milford today to ask questions about my current lease. I worked with Christopher Coco. He was super helpful, professional and kind. He was patient with me to answer my many questions. Took time to listen to what I was looking for and helped me find the most awesome car for me. I’m excited to drive my new Kona! Thank you Chris!

  Although we were only looking to purchase a used car, the salesperson Kai provided us with very helpful guidance. We were very pleased to find a reasonably priced Hyundai that is in excellent condition. Thank you Kai!

  Crooks, I have bought 2 used vehicles from them. I was told they inspected the entire vehicle. The day after I brought it home the muffler fell off. A few weeks later the fuel pump went and also now needs a starter. The vehicle was also hit before I bought it but they assured me it was not. Shame on you Key Hyundai. Don't buy a used vehicle from them. Run for your life. It just gets worse. Moved out of state and their car won't pass a state inspection. The " Dealer for the people" won't even return my phone call. 2 Lemons from them never again. They only screw people and lie to make a sale. When they say they went over the vehicle and checked it all out, don't believe it. Take it to your own mechanic. I guaranty you will be told not to buy it. I guess the owner only responds to good reviews. When you get a lemon they don't even respond. Rude, rude rude.
