  Jason made the first time home buying experience so smooth. He always made us feel confident that we would make it from contract to close on time and kept us updated throughout the entire process. I always enjoy working with people that treat you like more than just a number for their business. Jason was down to earth and always willing to pick up the phone to listen to our long list of questions without ever seeming bothered.   Working with Jason was great! He did a great job explaining in detail the refinance process along with making me aware of any changes. He was easily accessible whenever I had a question and always welcomed any questions. He made the process extremely easy and effortless.   Jason from key home lending was superb. He not only provided explanation throughout the process but also did the leg work of constantly working with the HOA to get all the information needed to close. Would highly recommend him and would use him again for another purchase. Make sure to ask for Jason if you need a someone to represent you. Thank you Jason for getting me closed on the condo!!

  Jason at Key Home Lending helped my husband and I make sure we had all of the documents we needed in order to get our refinance done. He alerted us when the interest rates dropped, so we could make sure we got everything done in a timely manner to take advantage of the lower rate. He was patient with us and efficient with getting all of the necessary documentation to us as it was ready. Our refinance process was quick and painless and we are appreciative of the services he provided.

  At least one other mortgage broker advised that my wife and I would not be able to secure a "cash-out" jumbo re-fi loan. Jason made it happen. Not only did he make it happen - Jason was incredible throughout the entire process, which was not without its challenges (due to underwriting requirements). Jason was friendly, professional, and quick to respond to every issue along the way. We are so grateful to Jason for helping us through this process and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home loan. Thank you Jason!

  Cannot say enough great things about Jason! If you are looking for someone who communicates, explains and listens to you then Jason is your guy. We had a GREAT experience working with Jason. He always listened to us, talked through our options, answered all our question, and followed up always. Another great thing is that Jason is a real person. Not a big bank, or someone from a call center. He really cares and wants the best for you! 10/10 would always recommend Jason!
