  Excellent Experience with Kevin Keane and his team. I have successfully completed 2 mortgages through Kevin at Guaranteed Rate, one a primary and the other a refinance. Great experience from start to finish. From the initial application through to underwriting everyone who touched the loan understood what the previous person had done. It was a seamless transaction.   Kevin is the best there is hands down. Very responsive, and extremely knowledgeable with everything there is to know about a loan. By far the smoothest process I’ve ever dealt with, not to mention we closed in less than 20 days. I’ve used him personally and have recommended him to my family and friends and they could not have been happier. P.S- you’ll also get culinary tips.
