  As the owner of a small business, the accounting firm I choose needs to be responsive, friendly, and thorough. Having been with Wiss for over 5 years now, Paul, Jim and the rest of the staff have been amazing. They respond to my emails, answer my questions and add insight into the financial and accounting aspects of my business. This has allowed me to make better decisions for the growth of my company and the financial security for my family. I have had two other accounting firms in the past and neither were as attentive or engaging as they are at Wiss. The team at Wiss got my business onto an online platform that has made my accounting a breeze. There have been several occasions where I needed clarification and had difficulty with certain aspects of my quickbooks account and they were able to rectify them within 1 business day. As a busy owner running a company, I feel great knowing the accounting aspect and tax planning is in great hands. One less thing I need to be concerned with which allows me to concentrate on growing my business. I would highly recommend them and have personally done so with family, friends and colleagues.

  We have been with Wiss for about (11) years now, so I believe we know their firm fairly well. At the start, they immediately saved us a considerable amount of tax liability in Year 1 and moving forward over the years. As we are a global corporation with many subsidiaries, they also made some recommendations as far as restructuring to take advantage of other more technical issues. We primarily use Wiss for our annual general accounting audit, tax preparations and filings, and 401K audit. They also assist from time to time regarding international related issues. As with many companies, changes of personnel do occur from time to time, but they have always made these as seamless as possible. We have also experienced Federal and State audits, which they have also guided us thru from A to Z. In summary, we value Wiss as a partner with our company and have always experienced a very positive, professional and full service relationship.

  Wiss was fantastic! We came to them this year with a complicated tax situation (several streams of 1099 income, tuition costs, airbnb income and a home sale) and they worked through it quickly and very accurately. their charge was quite reasonable, despite the many forms. Highly recommend.

  This firm made a mistake on my return, which resulted in an over payment of nearly $5000.00. They were not able to get me a refund, and refused to make good on their error, though my current CPA suggested they should.

  Excellent accounting firm. They know what they are doing and actually want to help their clients. Big enough to have great resources but not too big that you are just a number.
