  Kevin Ho is the BEST Loan Broker by far. I worked with other lenders/officers before & they took forever to answer our questions. We were very close to our closing date, but they wanted to postpone it until the end of the next month. I almost gave up on my dream to becoming a first homeowner. Fortunately, my wife & I contacted Kevin as a last shot. He is very honest, knowledgeable, and extremely fast response. Cleared to Close In just 4 days! Nobody I know could work so fast while on his vacation! I would definitely work with him again in the future and I'll tell everyone to do that. Kevin Ho is 100/10!!

  Kevin is an excellent loan officer. He is knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and most importantly caring for his clients. We are very happy with our home loan process. Kevin was informative and made the process go smoothly. He provided clear explanation of terms and conditions on paperwork. He simplified information where we could easily understand. As interest rate started to pick up in an insane rate, Kevin worked effortlessly to help us lock in the best rate. Forget about the hours, he locked us in midnight that day when rate dropped.   If you're looking for a knowledgeable and reliable mortgage officer/broker, Kevin is definitely your guy!
