  Andy Treno and Edge Home Finance were exceptional. Andy walked me through every step of the process, explained things to me when I needed it and was always available for questions. There was a last minute issue with the appraisal company which would have put our close date at jeopardy but Andy quickly worked to get it resolved and the purchase process never missed a beat.   We finally got our 9th offer accepted. We had to ask Andy to provide us 9 pre-qualification letters and he always did so in a timely manner. He made the process easy and he works with a great processor, too. Our closing went very smoothly. Andy is the best!

  Andy and his team that work with him were an absolute pleasure to work with when it came to obtaining our new home mortgage! Not only was Andy always available to talk to us on the phone to answer any/all questions we had - he is also able to present very complex information in terms most anyone would be able to understand. Very friendly, and we utilized the free moving truck that he owns for our move into our new home. Very happy with our experience, and would certainly utilize Andy again in the future for our home mortgage needs!

  Andy was fantastic to work with! As first time home buyers we had so many questions and were so nervous about every decision, but Andy helped us every step of the way. He was reliable, patient, extremely responsive, and was able to get us a much better deal than anyone else we met with during the process.   Andy Treno was amazing to work with.
