  Landon was truly wonderful to work with on the closing of my new home, from start to finish. I would HIGHLY recommend him for anybody buying a home, because he offered the best rates, lowest fees, AND best customer service of any of the lenders I reached out to. First, I called several lenders to get estimates for my loan. Landon's estimate blew the others out of the water, and he was the most responsive by far, always answering the phone immediately or calling me back within a few minutes. Then, on the day I made the offer on my new house, Landon was very helpful with running numbers and finding me the best possible rate. Next, throughout the closing process, he was constantly available to answer my questions and keep things moving. We did an accelerated 3-week close, and he followed up with the realtor, appraiser, etc. as needed to ensure things stayed on track. Finally, on my closing day he texted me to tell me he was available if I needed anything. I felt fully supported by Landon throughout the process and knew I was in good hands.

  Landon is great to work with. His years of experience and knowledge help to ensure a smooth transaction. He was our single point of contact through the entire process and promptly answered every phone call and email. This is truly important when you are dealing with contract dates and deadlines. On top of all that, the lender fees were very reasonable and we got a great rate compared to what others were offering.   THIS IS THE GUY YOU'RE LOOKING FOR!!!! We re-financed our house twice this year with Landon to help with debt and lower our payment and the results have changed our lives. Landon's expertise and thoroughness made the re-finance process incredibly comfortable and effortless. Yes, we tried the other guys....very pushy and would get very "cloudy" answers from them (we still get emails and phone calls from them).   Landon was on top of it. He had everything organized and easy to understand and if I had any questions he would take my calls even on weekends. I don’t think I would have been able to buy the house I did with him working his magic
