  I wanted to refinance when the mortgage rates were low. The bank I had my mortgage originally through sold it to another company and that company was awful. There were things that John found that needed to be cleared up and he took the time to help me with everything. When I had any questions he always answered my emails right away. I can't thank him enough and highly recommend him. John is very knowledgeable about everything you may run into!
