  I'm 63 this have had experience in banking with CU's & their Billpay process. I receive my direct deposit on 1st every month. I set all my bills to begin pay out on the 1st. I go into bill pay one week prior to change amounts to be paid as necessary. Never had a problem before in other institutions. In fact I didn't experience a problem at Ker Co FCU from January to May of 2022. Then half bills were getting paid early before funds were deposited which caused OD fees. Later on the 1st the rest were paid but again OD fees were posted. Something was horribly wrong. Although with some help from very intelligent people: Kendra and Addie most of the OD fees were returned. Billpay nor anyone else could give a reasonable explanation for the anomaly. I am sure I'm not the only veteran receiving direct deposit on the 1st at that CU, who uses Billpay to pay bills beginning on the 1st each month. Yet I was told that I could not do that because Billpay is set to withdraw funds at 7:30am and my deposit doesn't deposit until 8am. Am f to believe that out of all the veterans who bank at this CU, I'm the only one who has bills scheduled for payment on the day of deposit? Even so, that was not a problem in other months, so what changed? I am put in a position to bank elsewhere. Frustrating doesn't begin to describe this.

  Hands down the best banking experience I’ve had in life! Angela is amazing! She has all the answers to every possible question I throw her way. Customer service is a priority there and it shows! I’ll never go anywhere else!

  When I lived in Kerrville and could drive down there and hold them accountable, they always jump through hoops. But since I’ve moved I have gotten more grief over the customer service and the quality of service that I want to pull my hair out, they have said and let me “just come down to the office and fill out the paperwork, when they know that I live over six hours away and him in surgery on my spinal cord and can’t even move from my Bed . They promised things oh I’ll sync you this and it never happens I have to call back over and over and over just to get one thing done and then the route. Because they know I can’t show up and hold them accountable. I am so disappointed in Kerr County Federal Credit Union there are no words to describe it the incompetence self-centeredness lack of responsibility and cruel hardness Is uncanny! Not to mention there and ability to take blame for anything, they like to blame it on the customer or say there’s nothing we can do but if I get up off my rear and go down there they fall all over you kissing your rear end. I am disappointed and I’m unsatisfied. Warning do you never move from Kerrville if you plan on keeping this bank because they will treat you like a vagabond.

  Very disappointed in this banking facility. My daughter's husband passed away and I tried to pay off a car loan and they made it most difficult to do so wouldn't give out a number where they could send a check they wouldn't take my credit card number unless it was a cash payment and then won't give you account number in which you could put on the check.., very difficult to deal with I'm glad it's not my normal Bank I'll make sure none of my family uses this facility.

  They hit me with 10 overdrafts this weekend. This bank will drown you in fees. I’m taking my business elsewhere
