  Working with Guadalupe Bank has been very positive experience. Being out of state, I really appreciate the high level of personal customer service. I have had the experience of a few different mortgage transactions with Jacob Smith, a Loan Officer at GB. Jacob is very knowledgeable and was accessible throughout the whole loan process. He was available to answer questions as they arose and was diligent in preparing all the documentation needed as part of the loan application thru the final approval. I highly recommend Guadalupe Bank for your banking needs.

  We were so blessed to have Guadalupe Bank helping us through the construction of our new home. Jacob Smith, our loan officer was so patient with all our questions. He was always available to explain how things were going and worked with our builder to make sure all the inspections were completed.

  Contacted Mr. Chris Braaton on referral from our realtor. I am very impressed with the professionalism, mastery of the information I requested, and his quick response to my every need. I intend to transfer all of our banking to Guadalupe as soon as move into our new house. They currently are handling our construction loan, which came off without a hitch. We/I am very satisfied with the performance of Chris as well as of his associates.

  Recently my wife and I secured a construction loan from Guadalupe Bank. From start to finish it was an excellent experience. Our contact was Cris Braaten and he and his team could not be more professional and more easy to work with. We live in Pennsylvania and had to do most of the prep work remotely. This could not have gone more smoothly. Chris was always available to answer any questions and provide the necessary direction to secure the loan.   Excellent service. Loan process during refinance was straight forward. They were helpful in assisting as needed and very responsive. I felt as if my best interest were always in the forefront. I would highly recommend Guadalupe Bank.

  I have to say Guadalupe bank is TOP NOTCH! I was born and raised in Kerrville and can’t say enough good things about them!! I’ve never had a bad experience there. Even when things could have gone wrong, the staff has been amazing in rectifying the situation. Huge shout out to Austin!! He’s amazing for your mortgage needs. And Marissa went above and beyond for me me too on the banking side, and all the tellers as well. I highly recommend Guadalupe Bank!

  My review was refused. After a disagreement about a debit card I asked for my monies from both of my accounts....both were over 2 years old. The branch manager refused to give me a Cashiers check for my money. I was told the next day my monies, close to $40k to MAILED to me by STANDARD US MAIL. They never asked me to come pick up my cashier's check & now we have no idea where our monies are. FDIC complaint filed. THIS WAS CLEARLY RETALIATION! What a horrible bank!
