  We just closed on a house in Annapolis and are so thankful that we worked with Kathleen! We are first time homebuyers and she was incredibly patient with us and our endless questions. She went over and above to educate us on the whole process, helped us set our budget and decide on a down payment amount in the context of our broader financial situation, and helped talk us through a stressful late-night decision on waiving contingencies. She even helped us find a new realtor when we decided to look in a different area and wanted someone local. She is very responsive and always answered her phone, even when we called her for help at 10pm on a Saturday night to meet an offer deadline. When we got to the big day she followed through on her promise to be the most competitive broker out there and easily found the best mortgage rates for us. She also caught some errors in the final paperwork from the title company which saved us thousands. We can't recommend her highly enough - next time we buy a house we will absolutely be working with her.

  Before we met with Kathleen to purchase our first home, we didn’t know much about the home buying process. We would have been in way over our heads if it wasn’t for my husband who said “we need a broker.” We found her on google based on reviews and we weren’t disappointed one bit. Working with her, we’ve learned so much and we’ve become so knowledgeable about owning a home. As a first-time home buyer, she made my experience very pleasant. She has been there for me from day one and helped me with any question and concerns I had. She worked so hard to help me reach my goal of purchasing my first home. Kathleen is very experienced and she knows all the ins and outs of the system which means she is more than capable to handle unforeseen issues that may happen during a home-buying process.   I found Kathleen Kerins online by doing a google search on mortgage brokers, and I truly believe it was all God’s work. After a few conversations with her over the phone, I knew I could trust her with helping me getting our first house. She went above and beyond to help us. The level of care and the dedication she put into helping us every step of the way was on another level. We had a very inexperienced real estate agent, and Kathleen stepped in and did part of the real estate agent’s job so that we could go to closing. She made this first time home buying experience smooth for my mom and I. I will never be able to repay her fantastic guidance.
