  I have a very serious situation with my father that has dementia. I have a court order stating I have guardianship. Went to the office with my court order and the necessary paperwork from Schwab and was treated extremely rudely and was not given any information. Had to speak with someone at corporate that essentially blew me off. I spent 1 hour and 15 minutes calling the office today and no one would pick up the call. Finally I spoke with a person that looked it up on the computer nad they stated NO ONE WAS WORKING ON IT!!! I demanded to speak with someone in corporate and after being placed on hold for 13 minutes he assured me that someone would call me right back. Never happened. Tried calling the office back and they answered and hung right up. Now been on hold with corporate for 15 minutes.All while my father is being robbed blind!!!

  Worst Customer Service ever I've been on hold 2 days in a row for over 2 hours Haven't spoke to anyone. Tried calling the local office they picked up and hung up on me

  So, my son that has the same name as I (except for the middle initial) went to schwab (orland location), just informed me that when he went to this location he provided his id to pull up his account, the person asked which account and showed him my portfolio and asked "which one is you"...thanks schwab, makes me feel secure....and by the way, I would re-evaluate your current processes.
