  Rock on Betty! ATM did not distribute cash and machine cancelled transaction despite bank account reflecting funds withdrawal. Audit of machine ensued and balance was over which matched amount I did not get. I received the call back in less than an hour that machine glitched and money would be credited back.

  Great people and service. Always helpful and friendly. This is an updated review. My first was a five star review but after watching them treating a long-time and elderly customer as though she was a professional hacker and should know better than to fall for a scan more than once. Nope. I don't think so.

  This branch must be understaffed. Service is unbearably slow and inefficient.

  Horrible customer service! Canceled my account today because teller at the Kittery branch refused to cash a $250 check I wrote to one my vendors. Teller NEVER called me at my other business to confirm signature stamp and hung up on me when I tried to call them. RUDE! Too many banks on the Seacoast to deal with that nonsense!

  Love them, I switched over all my banking a couple years ago. I feel like it is a bank looking out for me. Kittery is a great branch as well.
